Performance Strategies and Technologies is a consulting organisation that uses appropriate Performance Technologies to help our clients achieve their visions and strategies.

Our core technology is that of "Total Performance Management" linked to a supporting "Strategic Measurement and Management System" called diOmicron™.

Together, they comprise an effective means to manage the processes required to achieve your vision and strategy.

Our mission is to "Enable People" and thus revolutionise the way business performance improvement initiatives are undertaken and executed by the simple expedient of accomplishing interventions that:

• work (are both pragmatic and effective)
• pay (achieve realistic returns on investments accomplishing targets of at least 2 :1)
• use the appropriate tools and technologies (empower or enable performers to achieve planned results).

Performance Strategies and Technologies is a Sole Proprietorship owned by Owen Cloete.

Owen was born in what is now called Zambia and has lived and/or worked in Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana. Nigeria, Cameroon and South Africa. He is English speaking and has a high level of proficiency in both the written and spoken media.

Owen has more than 40 years of work-related experience gained in several African countries over a range of diverse industries. He has consulted in the transportation, mining, service, municipal, leisure, branded goods, utilities, chemical, cement and motor industries, besides having worked in the banking, life assurance and computer industries.

He has consulted on issues as diverse as developing an internationally applied intervention to communicate corporate values; numerous productivity improvement projects and conducting individual, organizational, process and corporate performance analyses.

Owen is a certified Work-Study (Industrial Engineering) practitioner,
a Criterion Referenced Instruction practitioner and holds a Masters Certificate in Training and Development from Rand Afrikaans University. Owen, as the founder and owner of Performance Strategies and Technologies, has devoted the last four years or so deriving a simple, systemic and practicable Total  Performance Management System. Coupled with its supporting Strategy Measurement And Management System software these technologies enable organisations to define, communicate and thus achieve their visions (and strategies).
